Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific circumstances.

Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds may be considered if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Product package is tampered before delivery

Non-Eligible Cases

• Opened or partially consumed products

Reporting Issues

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide supporting photos or videos.
